Victorino Mayoral, CIVES Foundation’s president, European Civic Days 2010’s coordinating institution, closed the event after three days of intense work and debate. In the closing ceremony, held on 9th May, coinciding with Europe Day, also took part Paloma Alonso, vice-president for Equality and Citizenship Participation of Malaga Provincial Council, and Gabriel Alconchel, Institute of Youth of Spain’s director.
